  2. YO Saeed! You talked in your ebook about using music to control your mental state. I know that I am naturally inclined to listen to rock music, but I feel like because of the lyrics listening too much makes me depressed. Also, if you google, there are studies saying rock fans are more likely to be depressed, although it is possible depressed people turn to rock, rock causes depression. Anyhow, I try to resist my urge to binge in rock and turn to classical music – I actually enjoy it – and I was wondering what you think about this. Do you listen to rock? How can I listen to rock without feeling depressed? (Maybe it's because I used to listen to a lot of rock when I used to be depressed a few years ago, and so when I listen to the songs I used to listen to it revives the emotions I used to feel. Thanks

And that's so true about improvement and the process, but referring to the "right" repetition thing bro, 't sweat it, the message matters most and its like you acknowledge it yourself. Prime example of growth, making mistakes, learning from em, and improving from it. Forget those ragging on you about it if they are.
